Datang Dingsheng Technology is a Shenzhen-based manufacturer specializing in PI (polyimide) heating films and flexible heating solutions. 1. Etching & PCB Patterning Line
High-precision chemical etching lines with spray and immersion tanks, inline UV exposure units, and dry-film laminators.
- Minimum practical line width: 0.20–0.30 mm
- Copper handling for 12–35 μm foils

2. Automated Lamination & Vacuum Press
Large-capacity lamination presses and vacuum ovens for adhesive curing and adhesive-free fusion, ensuring strong PI-to-foil bonding and low outgassing.
3. SMT Line (Thermistor & Component Placement)
Full SMT line including pick-and-place machines, paste printers, reflow ovens, and AOI inspection — optimized for placing SMT thermistors, connectors, and small components on flexible substrates.
4. Laser & Die Cutting
Precision CO₂ and fiber laser cutters plus CNC die stations for final shape cutting, holes, slots, and micro features.
5. Plating & Surface Finishing
ENIG and hard-gold plating capability for edge contacts (gold-finger) and terminal pads; tin/lead-free finishes for solderability.
6. Environmental & Reliability Test Labs
Equipped for:
- IR thermal imaging & temperature uniformity scan
- Hipot / dielectric withstand testing
- Insulation resistance and megohmmeter testing
- Aging/burn-in chambers (up to 200°C)
- Humidity, salt spray and thermal shock chambers

7. Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) & X-Ray
